Well - it is All Hallow's Eve and we carved our pumpkins......

Halloween is coming up

I am sooo excited about Halloween. The girls have picked their costumes but I just can't give away the details...they would be angry with me.

Wacky Wednesday

It is Greenhill's Homecoming this week. Today was Wacky Wednesday for Rachel and Decade Day for Rebecca. Rebecca raided my closet for 80's clothes....scary! Rachel looked very Wacky, with 6 ponytails, polka-dot pants, and argyle knee highs but she is not much of a morning person so hopefully I can capture another pic of her this evening!

Weekend at the Theater!!

Rebecca, Rachel and I went to the Dallas Children's Theater this weekend to see "Lilly and her Purple Plastic Purse". It was very fun! The play was fantastic and the girls got their Playbills signed after the show. GrandRan was in attendance as well. Here are some shots of the girls gussied up....I can remember the photos as a child - "Go stand by the flowers"

The Chicago Marathon

Scott and I completed the Chicago Marathon this past Sunday....it was Hot Hot Hot which I know sounds strange coming from the people who trained in 100+ degree weather for this darn thing. We were happy to see the finish line and cross it.

We got to visit with old friends Patrick and Vanessa and meet their new baby Wyatt....he is such a gem.

We love Chicago. What a neat city! We walked and walked and of course, were very well fed thanks to some great recommendations from Jason Thompkins!
